I forgot a bit about updating you on new discoveries in Cincinnati, but I’m back with a new one! I went to Take the Cake this week for lunch, which I’ve been to before, but haven’t shared about yet. TTC is a cute bakery & cafe in Northside that has a really open and welcoming environment. The kitchen is wide open so as you order and eat your food, the staff is prepping right there! Everything is super fresh and not only looks great, it tastes even better! This time around I ordered a chicken vietnamese wrap and shared a bread pudding cake (with warm caramel topping!). All were delicious and left me with a bit of a food-coma when returning back to work. Their menu is new each day and the display case features new creations all the time. I can’t wait for a celebration worth ordering a TTC cake from.
